What are FCPoints? 

• The FCPoints program is designed to reward active Members for their involvement in the FoundersCard community. FCPoints can be earned by referring new Members and taking advantage of certain benefits.

How can Members earn FCPoints? 

• Referring others
• Adding a Significant Other (SO)
• Adding a Team Member (TM)
• Completing the tutorial when activating their account
• Redeeming their first benefit
• Adding a backup credit card

What can Members redeem their points for? 

• Review all things that Members can 'cash in' their points for here

How do I manually add FCPoints? 

VIDEO:

1. In the FC Admin account page, to the right of the page, go to the section 'Points' 
2. Add a description of why you are adding points (Note that the Member can see this!) EX: Renewal gift
3. Type in how many points you want to give the member
4. 'Activity type' is going to be an internal reason why you are giving the points - choose the one that best describes the situation
5. Click 'create points activity' button

Where can I see the Member's point activity? 

• In the FC Amin account page, scroll down to the 'FC Points activity' section. You will see each points transaction and the total of points the Member has.
